Growing up in Pennsylvania Molly began working professionally when she was thirteen years old at Philadelphia the Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. The following year she was cast as Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated for the Barrymore Award. She went on to reprise this role when she made her Broadway debut at the age of 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. She was also nominated for the Drama League Award. Molly also appeared on Broadway for the production in Fiddler on the Roof. Then, she attended Princeton University and was a part of the Triangle Club. She graduated with a bachelor's degree 2008. In this period that she made her film debut in the Disney film College Road Trip in the role of Wendy Greenhut. In that time she made her acting debut in the role of Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Molly's acting career continued after her the graduation ceremony with a variety of Off Broadway productions, including the most notable was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater.
