Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actor who became famous for her portrayal of strong, yet vulnerable character. Linney was born into a theatrical family her father was a playwright, Romulus Linney. Linney received her degree from Brown University in 1986 and afterward attended the Arts Theatre School in Moscow as well as graduated from the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City. She started performing immediately on Broadway and was awarded awards for roles such as Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
